great stuff!! shes a tidy zed... did you end up doing your rear lights urself? or buy them complete? ::Risk::
Did them myself Took 2 days, cost me $35 for the defuser and I got that black sticky shit that holds the lights together all over very thing I touched.
Yep....... I used a hair dryer at one point to try and open the lights and as you mentioned, that black stuff goes everywhere. Well, it also got stuck on the hair dryer power cable and I didnt notice. The next day, mum was getting ready to go somewhere, amd as she's using the hairdryer, the black goo from the cable is slowing staining her top. Lets just say, I wasnt popular when she discovered the stains..... Cheers
I did mine in the oven the girl friend wasn't to impressed and her son kept complaining about the smell
Your BUTTS as gorgeous as mine !!!!!!!!!!!! :zlove: Hey there, does this make us family? After seeing your gorgeous baby, I see we are one of the lucky few who have such a stunning machine. So seeing as we could be family, I thought I should introduce my baby to yours  YOU CAN GO PARKING NEXT TO ME ANYTIME
Thats a lot of klms Glad to hear that you've had no serious problems. My zed has 118000 on the clock and I also have had no serious problems. Why is it then that I've got the impression from postings on this forum that the zed is a fragile machine prone to breakdowns. I contemplated driving the zed to Perth but the fear of a breakdown so far from home has made me decide against it. The journey accross the nullabor is nothing new, I've done it more than 25 times in all sorts of vehicles, some in pretty poor shape and never worried about it. Is the zed really unreliable or are some of you guys just pessimists.
Zed's are robust machines but owners ... ... have neglected them over the years. As evidenced at the Tech day, there are many new owners who've inherited problems. Duey, cross the Nullabor in the Zed - you know yours is well maintained! You missing MrTT or wanna get in on all that WA huggin' & free love?
Rob, that's a terrible thing to show Tereza without makeup, here's a better one of her complete with warpaint ...
Taillights Excelent job on your rear end man, Iam very interested in how you did them, by the way you are not down Mandurah way, as I have seen your ride about.
