Just lately the drivers side window has devolved a mind of its own. The symptoms are....... With the ignition set to on, motor not running, the window works as it should. That is, with half a push of the switch it goes down or up until the switch is let go, and then it stops, The auto function also works as it should, full depression of the switch sees the window go all the way down or up as it should. The above test works every time without fail. The Passenger side window works as it should all of the time, it has no problem. But as soon as I start the engine the drivers side window does not operate as above, sometimes it will with a half push, go all the way down or up, sometimes it behaves as normal, sometimes it wont go up or down. The switch itself seems to be good the window motor has not been tested and the amp is new. Any ideas welcome....
pull out the little black box that's under door trim take it apart and re solder all joints. fixed mine
