1989 Z32 NA MT It's been a week without it running, after pulling the plenum. Replaced injectors 250cc, injector adapted kit. Removed plenum coolant lines and bypassed. Now it won't start??? What should I check? S2 ptu few months ago. Checked coil for spark all ok Fuel in rails ok Can hear a relay click and another click right afterwards at once while spinning cas slowly. 12.2v coming through both injector wires Fuel lines around the right way, coil pack and injector wires around the right way. Can supply a list of what I disconnected to pull the plenum. Please help, just missed out on mothers day because of it still not running...
Not sure if there are differences to the 1990 NA but there are two grounds under plenum that need to go back on and one on top I think too. Checked those? Spark plugs all good? Checked all other connectors are okay and attached? Checked for ECU codes as well might give an idea. Checked all injector connectors too? Balance tube o rings? Vacuum lines?
Two grounds underneath vacuum tube are on, both injector rail negative connections are on (return rail side end is connected to lower block under plenum) Spark plugs are good no fouling or excessive wear. Code 55 on ecu all OK New connectors car was running on series 1 injectors a week ago. Reused balance tube oring seals, used oil to lubricate a vacuum leak shouldn't stop it from running, though all vacuum lines I removed all back on -balance tube vacuum lines are on -fuel rail vac line on -air intake vac lines on Pcv and egr are connected
