    My AUSPEC Zed didn't have one of these so I want to make sure I stick it in the correct place.

    I read the OP and also had a Google.

    Is this correct?

    Yes buddy, clean that old crap off and put your new tyre placard in that spot. Best spot is in the below position of the door latch hook. (don't worry, it's not a science, or has to be in a specific position, just in that area and clear for checking by authorities if needed) :)
