Holy shit, that's #2 for Aaron.

Glad that you're alright, could have ended a lot worse if the hit was on the other side.

Wow, that was a big hit. Tree or telephone pole or something similar, would have hurt

You have to have salvage rights specified in your policy if you want to keep the car in the event of a write off. Could still buy via auction but it looks pretty ****ed...

Looks like parts of the car has been savaged already!

How is the driver? I knew a bloke who got t-boned driving a ute (less damage than that!), spent more than a year in a wheelchair... side impacts like that usually damage the spine & neck & since the seat belt only grabs your waist (if you're lucky), you usually smash your head against whatever you hit

    What did it go for?

$2150 I'd say. I had the auction won at the advertised finishing time of 2pm and then pickles decided to extend the auction for 5-10 minute increments beyond the finish time for their own benefit.

Not impressed to say the least. If it finishes at 2pm it should finish at 2pm, not later so they can milk it for all its worth.

Graysonline does that as well. They continue until there has been no bid for something like 10mins. Pisses you off to the extreme.

Jamie was this the same one you commented about on Facebook?

Depending if the wheels were still OK and what they were, $2K is a lot for this I'd think. Hopefully the engine & gearbox are fine but you won't know what's been cracked until you pull it all apart.

I comment on a few cars on Facebook haha. Message me on there and I'll let you know?

The wheels on this has one of them buckled, but it also has brand new tein flex coilovers, a Jim berry clutch also. The sump is reportedly cracked too.

I was bidding on it to get parts for my next Z, but couldn't justify spending anymore on it than $2100.

2k is alot for it. has some nice bits however without being able to tell what was damaged isnt worth the risk IMO.

Yep if the wheels were gone, also very likely one of those Tein's could be bent.
Was it a genuine 2K front bar and rear lights? If these were OK you might take a gamble at that price.

    2k rears + center panel - $500
    Nistune ecu - $300
    Hatch - $150
    Infil panel - $200
    Gearbox conversion - $1000
    Engine -$800 pending condition?
Tein flex coilovers - $1000 minimum?
    $200 for wheels?
    2k front bar - $500

That's a small breakdown of all the visual stuff/stuff I know about.
