    Chirp sounds of the mark

Exedy HD are fine for your use , a light weight flywheel can be a pain for general road use can give you rough idle at low rpm and you have to give it some more revs than normal to get of the mark :br::eek:

Could be that noise coming from engine starter motor, that is a quick check...

I changed the starter motor to brand new unit when I find this noise. but sometime still get that noise. so.... I thing the last I should change is the flywheel when do the clutch job.

You should also double check all of the wiring to the starter motor, sometimes low cranking voltage can cause the starter to not engage properly.

tassuperkart Its a lie I tell you!

I had an F1 Stage 2 organic clutch in my VG30det powered ute. Nice action, minimal shudder BUT, using it as a ute killed the clutch in very short time. Less that 50,000K's.

I did some research on those kevlar reinforced facings and altho they rate well, they will NOT cope well with the kind of day to day use i was doing in the ute.

For a sports car driven spiritedly and not a shopping trolly, they are good. I simply wore mine out from pushing trailers around.

Im going to an Extreme HD pressure plate (30% increase in clamp) with a stock but HD organic disk. I need to be able to slip a fair bit pulling and pushing trailers.

Now, I KNOW this combination will hold in excess of 400 Rwkw. It has been doing so for quite some time and used currently as a race car and done the occasional drag event as well.

    Under 450 clams = unbeatable.
