I've got a really rough feeling pulley on my air conditioner,
From what I can understand is you can pull off the clutch if you have the rite tool and replace the bearing with out having to replace the whole clutch assembly.
    My question is

1-can you just change the bearing in the aircon clutch? Or did I just make that up in my head?

2-And if so where can I get the clutch disc remover tool from. I've been every where today and the best I could find was a small kit worth 300 dollars :(

Any help would be much appreciated as there dosnt seem touch info out there

    Thanks from Rory

[IMG]I would think just something like this should do the job

I seriously doubt that anything similar to the item you have posted would have any effect other than to make you a "Laughing Stock".
Apart from the small issue of having absolutely NO Mechanical Validity what-so-ever(it doesn't even have any threaded adjustment with-which to exert leverage on the offending Bearing)it is just NOT vaguely similar to the correct Tool needed to carry-out the required repair.
This would be better posted in an unmarked envelope.:bash::br::rolleyes:
