Anyone here had experience with fiveomotorsport fuel injectors. Potentially looking at there jecs side feed 1000cc or 1200cc for e85 compatability. Seen some good and bad reviews on the net but a lot of sau and Nissan silvia guys are using them with some success.

I think I read a while ago something about 1200cc being no good on nistune due to scaling of the injectors.

What are my other options to these injectors in a side feed? I am wanting to stay side feed as i already have a set of ezupturbo style modded factory rails set to go.

Also considering walbro 485 pump and already have turbosmart fpr800. Will this fpr be sufficient for 500rwhp on e85 or do I need to step up to the 1200.

Hi, cannot comment on their 1200cc injectors for e85 use. I am using their 700cc injectors on my motor on pump fuel now for a few years and to honest was very worried due to varied comments on the net about them. I must say to date I have had no issues and for the price I thought it was value for money.

I personally have not tried but DO NOT! like the idea of massively enlarged side feeds from redrilling,

In saying this is do run jecs 750cc injectors.

your other large option for side feed are rather limited as most opt for top feeds at that power level.

The FPR800 (turbosmart) is the same I use and should do the job fine,
you will definitely need the walbro pump (make sure its e85 model) but bear in mind itll be working hard at 500rwhp.

1000cc injectors are ok size also, bigger will just give you more headroom but be warey of the dispersion pattern of fuel

I was going to get the Five-0 injectors but have heard terrible things about them. One workshop in Vic I spoke to when I was down there late last year has pulled them out of multiple cars. Reckon they last close to a year, tops.

Your options are 1000cc Deatschwerks or go top feed.

I've heard mixed reviews about the Deutsch works ones too.... Although they are a better known brand than the fiveo's. Maybe I will end up having to go to top feed, just hate paying the stupid money they ask for top feed rails...

Stick the the 800 with stock rails or go to the 1200 if you upgrade the rails as it's -6 in/out

Forget about fiveo injectors. They are utter rubbish and im sure you dont want to melt a piston to save an initial hundred dollars or so.

Last I knew some Five-O side feed injectors are resold AUS Injection Injectors.

They (AUS Injection) actually stand behind their products. even out of warranty and even if you had purchased them through Five-O motorsports.
