300 v 350z The 300zx is a shape that turns heads even now, a 350 z does not. To build a 300zx today just the shape of the car would cost a shit load to build. Up graded to modern standards it would be something even again in todays boring auto designs. Yes if you are going to race your car around a track i agree with tecky the 350 handles better. The 300 zx today has a lot of problems you need to deal with. For those that own one knows what i am talking about. If any of us had any sense we would not own one. Its a love thing i guess. Ask tecky would you like your 300zx back with all the heart ache and money you spent on it, even if it sat in your garage. What do you say to my question graham. cheers bigmax
Both handle like boats compared to something I stumbled upon on the weekend .....it was Italian..... and oddly...it was FWD, and only has 4 cylinders. But my God it felt like the best car I've EVER driven. I was actually stunned. I'll let you know. Should take ownership soon.
Been there. Done that. Used to have an old bomb of a fiat Uno back in the day. Cornered so hard in that thing I rolled the front tire off the bead lol. Also got pulled up by the cops (UK) in that thing as they thought maybe I'd stolen it, given my style of driving. :rofl:
Not everyone. I'd say my experience was "tainted" but I'm still here. Partly because I've made good friends here. But also because it's still a car I love and respect, despite my own experience.
I bought a lemon knowing it was, (and i adjusting the paying price accordingly) with the expectation to rebuild it. Loved mine from the moment i turn the key for the first time.
No 2+2 Targa TT's with a great shape and style are available in a 350Z ! I will have a 300zx Z32 for life thanks! :bash: :zlove::zlove::zlove:
