Evening guys, I've been trying to track down my wife's first car. We met because of this car from this very forum some 9 years ago Alicia is feeling too mum like driving her Mazda cx9 and would love to have her first love back to drive when she's baby less for the day. His name is Monty and is a silver 2+2 non turbo manual (auto to man conversion). Well he was when we sold him about 5 years ago. Please help me track him down. I'm not fussed about condition. Dpi shows the car is still regoed under the original rego 1CEX 798 in Western Australia
Non forum member. Called via carsales add. I encouraged him to join the forum. Older gentleman looking for a weekend toy. I fear he may still have it and never drive it so unlikely to be spotted. I have nearly every number of every other car I sold. But not this one for some reason

Thanks man. My concern isn't that it's neglected. I'm good at building and restoring. I'm actually more concerned who owns it now loves Monty as much as Alicia did and won't part with him, I have the feeling the guy who bought it from us probably still owns it. I made sure he went to an enthusiast who promised to take care of him. We We're planning a family so needed a more baby friendly car. We have room for both now. She and I regret selling him. I managed to get my old zed back a couple of years after selling her. By it's been a lot longer that montys been in someone else's garage
Car is well looked after Mr Minivan. yes is forum member. Older gentlemen,older sort of gentlemen ..no car has 2k oem spec front bar now black leather interior been cleaned up and tail lights modified,exhaust modified,etc..etc... looks like this now.
i thought it mught be yours but i thought youd had yours for heaps longer than that......good to see to in one piece and looking good though. Too Andrew, the car is regulry seen on Perth cruises so while you might be allowed to buy it, you can probably see it out and about being driven

i know yours isnt a cruiser Andrew.....is it even still licensed lol? I meant that you might see it on the street, as it hasnt been written off etc etc.
I only stopped paying the rego about 3 months ago Might need to bring wifey down to the next cruise anyway. See him in the wild
monty may make an appearance andrew just depends if i get a chance to change the gearbox oil before then. changing out redline for something less offensive. and yes purchased from your house in stirling. as far as old jokes i am as guilty as anyone. all good.
