One of my mates was gonna buy this for his girlfriend. Drove it and everything and apperently something was up with it and he decided against purchasing it. Not sure of the details exactly but it's been on the market for a very long time now, which makes me wonder if it does have some underlying issues.
It has definitely been on the market for quite a while. I have been watching it since September. It was originally listed at $6500. I am looking for a 2 seater black TT though, and the price is right. I do not wish to compromise on those requirements. There is a really good looking 2+2 black TT with less than 100,000ks on it, but I really only want 2 seats. Red Dwarf is also selling his beautiful red 2 seater TT. I have had my eye on that. It is a bloody good price atm, and has SAW.
You sure? It has a TT front bumper (intercooler vents), TT rear bumper (see the side markers) and the power/hold switch. I thought it was simply mistlisted.
Dat shit's non-turbo son. Also, not sure what you mean by TT rear bumper, as all stock 2+0 rear bumpers are identical. Also the power/hold button is on all jap-spec autos, not just TT.
Basically as a guide all TT engines have a red strip on the centre plenum cover over the accelerator cables, and NA have the black strip. Also most TT motors have Twin Turbo in red on the drivers side of the plenum. Tt's have 2 intake pipes on each side of the engine compared to na's which only have one. Much harder to fake than the throttle cable or a sticker on the plenum lol.
Ahhh, I see. Thanks guys. The intake pipes are a dead give away. Thank you for pointing that out. I have very limited exposure to 300zx beyond my own car. All of my friends have Subarus. It's this sort of stuff that keeps me on this forum.
