Got a stuffed nearside rear bearing in my 94 na. Its an Oz delivered car and the replacement part supplied by Repco doesn't have the extended hat section on the casting that has the locator and the mounting for the handbrake. Anybody know where I can source a part, how I can overcome the problem or even the pitfalls involved. At present, the car is pretty well undrievable because of the noise on rotation and the fear of a wheel falling off.
The easiest solution is to: Return the part to Repco & get your money back. Purchase a brand new part from Nissan at great expense. Cheaper alternative, buy a used one off a forum member parting out their car. As an example: http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=332109
Not sure if you've sorted your bearings yet, but check these links for alternative cheaper suppliers. http://www.autopartsfair.com/nissan...es=cae766491fb37bbc0d68da746f0c9b4c&seq_num=2 http://www.brakewarehouse.com
