Hey guys. Need to do the thermostat in the zed. And trying to find out what those 2 rubber hoses are that run out of the housing into the pipes. Just the size, part number or name of them would help heaps. Many thanks.

no, just take the old hoses into an auto store and say you need two of these and say that it's okay if you have to cut some to make them fit. buying the part numbers you require will end up more expensive, from memory the ones i got were for a rodeo or something
They are known as "bypass hoses" Nissan just list them as a "water hose" part number 14055-F6511. They are 40mm ID x 100mm. About $5USD from CZP or $20 each odd from Nissan Australia. Stock 40mm radiator hose buy the metre seems to be a bit odd, either 38mm or 41mm, but something like $33 for a metre. I would use the Nissan part, if I wasn't getting a shipment from OS I would just suck it up and pay the $40 odd dollars from Nissan Australia. BUT if I was doing it on the cheap I would buy a Mackay Rubber CH943 for $17 from SuperCheap. Its 39mm ID so it will be snug, its a Torana/Statesman hose, it should be a stock item and wont attract a freight fee.
