At least it will have a killer sound because really isn't that the real reason behind doing a titanium exhaust on a road car? Realistically you're not going to feel the 10-15kg in weight savings even if you had a completely stripped car but the sound is totally worth it, do it.

    Gah.. tiatnium..smishanium!

    You kids have no imagination.
You want a NOTE? Make your system from copper water service tube. Available anywhere and truckloads cheaper than titanium.

Youll end up with an exhaust note that is totally unique and will make you cry it will sound so cool.

It will also poison you as well as the copper reacts with heat and exhaust gases and produces a rather unpleasant toxic gas but, oooohhhhh man.... the SOUND!

    Old school FTW!!!!!

Now you're talking Tas! C/P never rusted & the sound that it produced was SOOoo sweet. Even with todays systems they still don't have that nice deep rumble.

Anti! We all, well mostly all, want our rides to look good sound good & hopefully perform well, but IMO if you at times have bottoming out issues it's not going to be worth it mate you'll be replacing damaged pipes & it will cost you a lot more than your initial cost. Money that could be put towards the 'Z' improvement money pit. But you do what ever you want to do because in the end it's your car & your money.

Another alternative that should be cheaper than titanium and still luightweight is using Inconel tubing.
Very thin walled so lightweight but can be prone to cracking if its not well supported.
I dont know what it sounds like tho.

Pricey but less so that that other stuff.
