NSW 2+2 Custom sub box for boot, leatherette trim, 15inch Orion sub + optional 6.5 splits

Ive got this custom box I made up recently.
Fits a 2+2 boot only.

Comes with a 15inch Orion sub shown in the pics.
Also has a hole cut for a 6.5inch split. I will post up details of the speakers later, might even include an amp in the deal for a complete setup.

Box is made of 8mm thick wood. All gaps have been filled with Sikaflex to avoid any rattling. The edges in certain spots have been reinforced with a small block of wood to prevent any flexing of the enclosure.

Top is covered in a quality leatherette material with a colour that matches the boot trim pieces.

Its pretty big so pickup only.
The box is not perfect, but it is zed specific so leaves you with heaps of boot space compared to any other large sub box out there.

As the pics will show the 6.5inch split hole isnt particularly great. Just a hole at this point with a 6inch speaker held on by one screw.

You can either get your own 6.5 splits and screw them in, or take the 6inch Xplod ones I have and fit the second someplace that suits you. The current xplod split is fixed well, just looks dodge from behind

The xplod splits alone cost like 120 and are hardly used. The amp was bought second hand ffrom a member for 60 and i havent even installed it yet.
This is a bargain. Buy it, install it. Or finish it off. Do whatever you like.
