hello guys as the tittles says i would like to organize a swamp meet day were everybody could sell,exhange or give a way some zed parts ( i personally have aheaps of stuff that could come use to others rather than throwing them away) The location would be 32-36 longueville rd lane cove north of sydney(A&S Motor Group my business ) on a sunday ,plenty of parking around back also with hoist access if anybody needs it. To top it up we could also have a BBQ plenty of food and drinks the date i would like to suggust would be maybe 10/05/14

Been thinking about setting up a tech day myself, wanna do a plenum pull and get some painting done, but mines gonna be a two day job I think. Don't know of we can combine anyway?
The following week should be fine the more people attending the Better , could do a two day thing although cant start untill 1 pm Saturdays as theres a mechanic work shop next door and thats When they finish up , also have a car wash if anybody wants a Buff or polish at trade prices
Could definitely do the weekend after, and I guess the first day I just need to pull the plenum (however have no idea how to do this). Then I am take home and paint, bring back the next day to refit? As I'll be needing a lot of help etc happy to help with drinks, food, etc...
Sounds like a good possibility, but ONLY if I'm allowed to come along and criticize everything & everyone(it's what us OLD FOLK do).:zlove::rofl::br:
Can we.. Get a definite date please? and then have this thread moved to 'coming events'. otherwise it will get lost in the mix etc. That would be brilliant! Alan... do we need to bring anything.. food, drinks etc.. It needs to be compulsory for CHILI to be there too cheers Chris
I don't think I can put this one back (I have priveleges to move a thread from events section to general, but not from general to events... go figure!) but happy to approve a new one (or start one if needed) once the date is finalised
