GT2860RS Turbo kit Brand New from Z1

For Sale a Brand New pair of Garrett GT2860RS's to suit Z32 300ZX originally purchased from Z1 motorsports website in USA currently if you were to purchase off their website today it would cost approx $2,595USD or $2,846AUD And $300-$400AUD postage so $3200-ish at your door if you don't get taxed on the way over

So Price is $2,400 + postage PM if interested, and i'm not willing to "Hold" sorry

These are bolt on turbo's meaning no modification is needed to fit them (except a 5 bolt exhaust dump pipe which is not standard but easy to source)

Comes with install kit which includes:
- SS Braided oil feed lines
- exhaust manifold to turbo stud kit
- exhaust housing to dump pipe stud kit
- 4 T-Bolt clamps
- all necessary gaskets
- Compressor Housing Outlet Couplers (5 Ply Reinforced Silicone)

IMPORTANT parts you will need to fit them up are:
- 5 bolt dump pipe to suit you exhaust system
- water hoses which I have been informed Rubber ones should be used as New silicon ones are prone to leaking.

Is that the kit I sold? if it is, the turbos came from UAS who got them from GCG. The fitting kit came from Z1. If I had the money I would buy them back.... Bargain...

 

Go to GCG and ask them for a price for a pair, I was very pleasantly surprised apart from the wait time of 8 weeks

 

Whats the difference between R and RS?

 

@ Tektrader - Yep these are the pair, I've spent a bit of time pricing up and researching a built Zed and I really don't have the money to do it all properly. for the moment I'll stick to motorbikes on the track, much cheaper AND safer

@ Martin - I hadn't heard about GCG before they are priced much better than Z1! but still looking at around the $2,800 + install kit + time frame.

 

Hey Kakaboy had a bit of a search on the net as I personally didn't know the answer to this I originally choose this turbo due to all the praise it had got from others pushing big power, it spools very quickly and with the right breathing mods lag can be significantly reduced ask "black beast".

So Externally they are similar, The RS is better suited for highflow applications than the R, the "S" reflects the higher flowing nature of RS, while the turbine wheels are the same the RS has a 2.7mm larger inducer diameter

The RS comes with the TBO4 compressor cover 3" intake

The R is what all the Z32 kits are with THE GT2560R compressor cover for the stock 2 bolt intakes.

They are identical in wheel specs

Looks like GCG machines the RS cover and puts an adapter there
hence why its RS on the tag
