    Hi,

I'm looking into a tt conversion and am considering my options for exhaust.

In the tech section it states that if you get the J-spec downpipes (which are stock in Japan in place of our pre-cats on TT's) an NA exhaust will bolt right up to them.

Are the J-spec downpipes found on all our imported TT zeds? So I can just grab a set off someone wrecking a J-spec TT?

Also is the downpipe the turbo's exhaust outlet that would connect to my 3 bolt flange (flange that which would otherwise connect to NA exhaust manifolds).

    Thanks.

I've worked this one out myself... A moderator would be welcome to close this thread...

TT conversion coming up, yay me. :D :zlove: Many fun weekends ahead making this work.

Hi. What you are calling the down pipe is usually referred to the dump pipe.
This pipe bolt directly to the turbo outlet face, and from there I think the exhaust is the same as an NA.
You'll need to get all the turbo related components to do a conversion.

Have you been in Moranbah long? I was out there for a while, never saw a zed...
