The thing to do..

So, Im in Perth, and in my travels if I ever see a zed, I'll throw off a wave and a cheesy grin to them..
Does anyone else do this, and if you dont, why not

Same with any enthusiast car really. Most zedders wave back, as did the Evo boys when I had one. Local jap car guys alway used to wave once they saw me around a bit in the zed too.

 

Driving along the freeway out of Adelaide a few months back and saw a beautiful Zed and we both waved.

Put a smile on my face the rest of the trip. Dont see many around that often.

 

Yeah I think its a mutual instant friendship, bonded through zed.

 

This. Most random one I've had is a guys in a yellow Monaro wave at me when I used to drive the zed.

In the MX5, every other young bloke with mods is my mate. They all wave and if we stop in traffic we usually have a conversation.

Since owning my zed I haven't seen another one on the road haha. At least now I know what to do when I eventually do.

 

i throw a wave if im in the zed or its someone i know in there zed.

if your in a non-zed and wave to someone you dont know you tend to get the wtf look back lol.

I wave to people in my Z all the time, never get a wave back the rude pricks. Have to be about 5 of them near me that don't even acknowledge me, silly old men

 

Same here, though very occasionally I have had a non-response from a Z driver.... they don't have forum stickers though, that's for sure!

i wave to most nice cars (import or muscle) surprisingly i get more waves back for muscle, and alot of HSV drivers are either breaking their neck to get that last glance or showing off

 

I used to give 'the look' to Z's and other nice cars when I was driving around the laser after I blew up the na.

then I realised the 'I approve of your ride' look doesnt work when your driving a beat up old hatch.
