looking at doing another of these but need to gauge interest. pricing has gone up quite a bit, so we would be looking at $150 each for a full day (9am-4pm) and i will organise a bbq lunch and soft drinks and extra foods as per last time. it would be a weekend event, held in the next 2-3 months..... need to get at least 20 people, max would be thirty people. this would be a zed event so no (or minimal) non zeds, like last time. i would be asking people to pay up front before the day, so if you say your in, please be sure to have the funds available..... cheers, Ross
Il be in for sure! maybe seperate the event into a Morning and arvo sesh... And have the option of doing both of course, might get more interest at $75 for a half day. Also get em to run the full track all day, the short course sucks lol
Should do a full day for 10ppl $300pp if there isn't enough interest that would b awesome, minimise wait time
will need to be full day entrants only or it will get very messy. short course is ok, but if most people have been before we will convince them to skip the first "warm up track" but we will have to see who is interested etc......
I think 30 is too many cars, last time we ran somewhere around the 20 mark and that made for a good day but quite limited time on track. 5 sessions at about 1 or 2 minutes a session, or something similar to that, I like the 10@300 pp proposal or maybe 15 people. Keen pending date as long as i can use a unlicenced r32 skyline?, has been scrutineered in cams run events recently. My Z currently needs a little tlc so i cant use that. Also can you have 2 drivers share one car? (swap after each run) or would that mean each driver would get half the time?
