Well it does , thats the way you get the desired boost level by adjusting the Inj duty . But it looks like what appears Inj duty for 5 different gears in one of the screens , which is why I ask . Just never though the AVCR was that smart to know what gear your in
NO NO NO....:rofl::rofl: The AVCR doesnt control injector duty.... all it does is display it,,, and to use the Autolearn and boost by Revs function of the AVCR properly you shouldnt have the injector wire hooked up, it should be hooked up to the Tachometre signal instead unless you have a 3 pole switch to switch between the two signals. I think your confusing injector duty with the duty cycle of the boost solenoid. Plus to use the boost by gear function you must have the "gear judge" feature calibrated correctly. its all in the manual.
The way to get it to have a set boost in each gear is to first adjust the solenoid duty to your target range and then go into the start duty setting and + or - solenoid duty in each gear accordingly... its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
I find it actually works quite well, it does it by calcualating a signal based off the RPM and speed sensor, you have to have the gear judge setting in the AVCR options calibrated properly though.
LMAO , that I would like to see but your pretty safe there knowing more of my thanks have gone to you than Crispy
My adaptronic ECU runs full closed loop boost control with (learned) thru the gears boost control....meh!!!!!LOL E
I noticed the AVCR has something about learned too . Hey Eric if you respond to this Ill thank you soon as it lets me there should be a prize or something for serial thankists but Mike would probably get that
