Installation Guide for Bolt On Diffuser

For those buying the bolt on diffuser please see below installation guide from TwinZ Design.

For the right installation of your TwinZ Design bolt-on diffuser we recommend following these steps to get the best attachment and fitment to your OEM rear bumper and chassis.

    The diffuser comes with:
    - 2 metal brackets
    - 8 bolts (10mm)
    - 8 nuts (10mm)
    - 16 big washers
    - 4 stobols
    - 4 nuts (8mm)
    - 8 small washers

    INSTALL PROCESS:

    1. Remove the OEM rear bumper out of the car.

    2. Unbolt the catback section of the exhaust system to make the installation easier.

    3. Once you have the OEM rear bumper out, place the bolt-on diffuser under the OEM rear bumper until to get the mounting points as pictured.

    4. Use 2 stobols to attach the middle section of the bumper with the diffuser.

    5. Proceed to install the OEM rear bumper with the diffuser partially attached to it.

    6. While installing the bumper, be VERY CAREFULL with the attaching points above the exhaust opennings. You will have to press down this part of the bumper and diffuser together with both of your hands and place them in front of the aluminium bumper bar as pictured bellow. If you don't do it this way, you could damage this attaching point.

    7. Bolt the attaching points over the exhaust opennings and the ones near the bumper wheel arch as pictured.

    8. Use the attachment brackets to attach the lower section of the diffuser with the chassis.

    9. Press the diffuser against the bumper and bolt the license plate section of the diffuser to the bumper using 2 stobols to get the best fitment.

    10. Some OEM bumpers get wavy with time, so we recommend using Sikaflex silicon on the rear section of the diffuser to ensure the best seal and fitment between the diffuser and bumper.

Guys please don't post or pm asking for updates; i will post in this thread when I have news.

The ship with our container left Peru on May 25th and the next I hear of it will be when the cargo is unloaded on Sydney.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Important Update Please Read

I've just had a call from the shipping agent and they will be delivering the consignment to me either tomorrow or Monday (TBC).

This means I will be in a position to start quoting for freight next week, and expect to have your parts dispatched by the following week.

If you have paid for parts please ensure that I have your address for delivery.

Now the fun part. This box is ****ing enormous, so I want to get these sent to you ASAP. Please consider yourselves "on notice" that payment for freight will be due in full in the next 14 days. If payment is not received in a timely fashion, leading to me having to store your parts, you may be charged for this storage.

Anyone wishing to add to their order please contact me ASAP.

Thanks and please stay tuned for updates.

Parts are here guys, some have even been collected already.

Anyone in Sydney and surrounds is welcome to collect, and Andrew has contacted me regarding collection of Victorian parts.

Plenty of stock to go around for anyone that missed the pre order.
