Mate I think ya need to chill out you got ya money back enoigh said. Shouldnt be out in public if you have a problem with romonski then discuss it with him over pm but you got ya money back. Yes a bummer you lost out on the product and good condition ones are hard to find here in AUS but honestly think ya just need to move on. I am not taking sides just annoyed to always see people making stuff so public to try make the other person a unliked member of what I can say is a good forum where most of us all get along as we have a common interst which is the love for the 300zx.

Sorry romonski for high jacking ya thread. Always been a good seller to me

David I can't believe there are people attacking you over this?

I don't subscribe to all the "dibs" bullshit that goes on in the forum classifieds but if you have paid over and above asking price (in this case asking price for the part and 50% more than he asked for freight) AND the seller has received your payment then the item should be yours and no more said about it.

With "good blokes" (especially good blokes with a history of crying foul) like this who needs enemies...

first of all no one asked for ure opinion on this matter as u have no clue what went down. Second, where did u get 50% from LOL he gave me an extra $5 for post not 50%... go talk out of ure ass somewhere else.

Everyone knows the part that is shown in this thread.
Sale was made, ie/ asking price + postage + 50% extra postage all paid and received.
But you would have everyone believe that after that, you were offered less money by a local buyer and decided that it is better to take that deal, because everyone would always do that??? Doesn't make any sense because you would be going to the post office to send other stuff out anyway, so no advantage for you to prefer a local buyer after you have been paid. You should have specified "local pickup" so no one interstate need bother looking.
Why don't you understand that you were a fool on Fool's Day (learn from it, so we can both move on?) I have acknowledged that l have been reimbursed financially, but l don't get your attitude on this, or your avatar sig, 'and Justice for ALL'

Umm $5 is 50% of the $10 you asked for in postage....

that is correct. He offered me the price i asked for nothing more nothing less. Local is better for me and i should have stated that at the start. BUT i do not go to the post office to post items so you jumped to a conclusion on that one and i do prefer local buyers as we are a tight community here in wa and its more efficient to sell to a wa member. You dont get much im guessing, plus im learning alot about you easterners.

    "us easterners"????
You farked up. If you preferred local pick-up, you should have specified.
If you've sold parts and received payment for said parts, you're obliged to send them to the buyer.
Yes, can completely understand that if a local prospective buyer comes along, then it's a lot less hassle to opt for that.... provided that adequate correspondence is made with the original buyer. Apologise profusely, explain the situation and hope that they are understanding. If not, and you have any kind of morals, you'll honour the sale.

Might be a bit trivial over $50, but it's the principle [TIS]
