If I remember correctly, the last bulk order (pallet) shipment took ~ 4 weeks to arrive. Then of course it had to sit and wait for the customs thing to get processed.
Maybe shoot AMS a quick email if concerned.

 

Skid has been shipped, sorry for the late reply but hard to keep track of all the forums with our schedule at times. Typical lead times to Australia from Canada is 4-6 weeks and then if customs decides to quaranty and inspect the goods then we are dealing with uncontrolled delays. It sucks but we can't control this.

Red should be getting an update from the freight forwarder shortly and update.

The skid will be headed to EZ turbo and from there the individually packaged orders will ship. There are also stocking items for the supplier and we will post the available items to purchase locally which will eliminate the long wait times.

Has anyone else received any of their gear yet? it's been almost 11 weeks now since I ordered and I've yet to receive anything or even an message to say it's running late.

My car has been sitting there registered but undrivable this whole time. I was willing to tollerate the 4 weeks I was told shipping would take, but 11 weeks is getting rediculous.

It's all in customs now just awaiting clearance and delivery. Then will all be sent out.

So either the Skid left 2 months later than planned, or the quoted 4 weeks shipping was at best a guess.

either way I hope it's not going to take another month to clear and be sent out.

As soon as the skids delivered gear will be sent out same day or next day depending on size.

 

Hey guys,

Skid took a lot longer to clear then expected, Aussie customs has a funny way of taking forever to release shipments for no apparent reason. Sorry for the delay, and as Ezzupturbo mentioned they will be shipping items out as soon as skid is released by customs.


We sent over a bunch of extra parts, we'll leave it up to EZZUPTURBO to list these extra parts when he has time.
