LC relay

Hi guys,

I troubleshot an issue to the LC relay, which needs replacing but the only marking on it is 9X1N and I can't match it. So does anyone know where to buy a replacement or at least a part number?

 

Is that the blue relay in drivers foot-well... I think for indicators?

 

What's exactly is an LC relay?
A bit more information might prove helpful...

Oops, yeah its blue, quite small, lives on the back of the internal fuse box in the drivers foot well. It was making a buzzing sound awhile back and then HICAS and CHECK LIGHT came on the dash, also alternater light was dim.
Also it idles really low, tried adjusting idle but no change.

 

It's my understanding that relays of the same colour are interchangeable.
