Hi Rob, this is very nice, looks great and all very functional. All that ducting should work very well, the only slight input I have is with the alloy support strap in the centre, it could have a twist at the top and bottom which will make it stiffer and slightly better flow through to the radiator.

Thermostat will prevent it from running "too cool"

Nothing runs too cool at 7500rpm :p

I'm running OEM thermo stat to get it to operating temps quicker at the moment.
    Sits on 82 .

Also have the Greddy thermostat sandwhich plate for the oil which is open at 78 from memory.

Great workmanship all round, very impressive. What gauge aluminium did you use for the air guide?

So for a single 19 row cooler -10 will be fine for me?

    BEAST Spitter /undertray

    Have designed a splitter/undertray

Brackets are out of 10mm aluminium ..strong

Splitter is currently out of 12mm plywood ,polyurethaned and painted black. this will be used for now but also a template for what ever material I choose later.

left the screws in around the front to show where it bolts to the bar.

All screws going through the plywood (front bar and angle brackets)will have thread inserts which allows it to be removed in seconds.

APR connecting rods attach to the reo bar which make it strong and downforce on the chassis not the front bar.

    sorry for terrible pics

Front bar is 100% removable with splitter on by unclipping the supporting rods.
likewise splitter can be dropped with bar on .

    Splitter is 120mm

Since they are so cheap from bunnings ..making another one that only sticks out 40mm for the street with no rods.

    TOW Hook

Always hard to fit tow hooks to after market bars .

made this up which bolts right through the rails with a 12mm bolt.
The 8mm bolts through the reo bar and has no load .
Its purely there to stop any flexing during actual towing .
    100% removable as well .
give it a nice coat of black

    Forget to mention

The front guards and front bar have been sanded and shaped with a skim of fibreglass bog and sanded again , with some primer/guide coat on .

Has the basic shape now with all the original looking curves ..Happy with the results.

still requires hi fill and sanding .. before painting
