Hello again guys I have found where my water seems to be leaking from and not sure of the part or housing as I haven't got around to removing bits yet

I have taken some pics and looked around on others in forum and just need clarification if its part of water pump I didn't think it was but not sure if there is a thermo housing at all

    Any help greatly appreciated Thanks

Hi, I'm no expert but I'd say, take the pipes off the block to check for damage/corrosion, if required replace them and get a set of replacement gaskets for the pipes that bolt on to the block and the thermostat and replace them all...
also check the short hoses to make sure they are OK..

    best of luck.

I have found it appears to be called a radiator inlet hard pipe by the looks

There''s no gasket for the inlet or outlet pipes (in at the bottom, out at the top). Thermostat is located behind the inlet housing. Very possible for one of the 2 rubber hoses at the top to have cracked and need replacing if they're old.

My metal bypass pipe has a small hole about 1mm in size had to change it out as it was spraying water under the cambelt cover and onto the top Ally inlet housing.
