It's this exact reason why we stopped sending out update and apology emails. The amount of people who would hit reply and whinge (and get quite rude) about not receiving something they never paid for became a joke. It actually got the point where we were going to scrap the entire thing... Unfortunately for our bank balance, and frankly health of the company, we've decided to keep it up, and continue to send them out a rate of about 150-170 per week. We even continue to employ a part time warehouse person to pack them 2 hours a day. If you haven't got yours yet then honestly I'm beyond apologising, as I'm well past the point of trying to please people who want to bitch about something so trivial (it's a $8.49 bottle of brake fluid... seriously?!). EVERYBODY who has requested they get the bottle straight away has got it within 2-3 days of emailing or contacting us. That said though, the majority of people who are yet to receive theirs is because they provided fake or incomplete details (the number of people who share the phone numbers 0400 000 000 and 0412 345 678 is phenomenal!). You're welcome to send me your details if you registered and I'll add you to the next batch to be sent out.

Been waiting for ages, I gave up, It's a small amount & at the time I appreciated the free offer & potential contact in future for an upgrade on discs, but I got tired of the emails, sorry for the delays, then nothing happened. It's not a big deal but if your promoting free stuff expect a million seagulls. The logistics must be a nightmare, unless you can handle it, don't offer it!
Whilst I appreciate the relevance, receiving of a free offer doesn't make you a customer. Customers (as you have been previously) fall into a VERY different category of service than the 13,000 mums and dad's who registered for a bottle of fluid they'll never use or even know what it is. We expected a few thousand, but never expected it get posted on mainstream non-automotive sites and generate interest from people who are in the 'business' of registering for every free thing that comes along. To the genuine enthusiasts who go caught up alone I way, I'm truly sorry! As I said in every communication out, if the fluid was needed urgently let us know and we'd bump you to the top of the list. Of the 9000 or so thousand sent out so far probably 300-400 fell into that category and received it within days of asking. That was as much as we could possibly do. I'm not trying to be rude, but when hundreds of people are slandering you for not receiving something they never even paid for, you get a little over it. So yes, whilst I'm sorry, I'm done apologizing. Even in that post I said if you wanted it, let me know your details and I'll send it out ASAP. As yet, no PM, you it can't really be that important to you. I've said my piece. If it means you'll never order from us, then I'm disheartened because we pride ourselves on our level of service, but we couldn't have done any more than we do.
