PCV delete

When the engine is shut down it sounds like the whole engine is massively deflating and the oil seems to be getting forced out at a rate to fast to just be a leaking seal. Anything is possible and it is a possiblity that it could be a faulty seal and it is also possible that it could have been installed incorrectly. If that is the case then it should be covered by warranty through my work as that is where the seal was installed.
I'm thinking it is more likely in this case to be an excess of positive pressure inside the block which isn't being released correctly, which is why Sam asked the question in the first place. The other reason for the PCV delete was to simplfy the plenum and make plenum pulls much quicker and easier.
I think the problem may be that the PCV delete was only half effective and needs a lil bit more to finish it off.
The dipstick is not getting blown out but by the sounds of the pressure build up I don't think it would be far off. The fact that the rings haven't had the chance to bed in yet wouldn't help the positive pressure situation either.

Because poor installation couldn't be a possibility could it. Either that or you've got serious blowby issues. Take your pick.

Plenty of people running similar setups to your current one without issues.

Didn't I just say that it is a possibility that the seal could have been installed incorrectly and if that was the case then it should be covered by warranty.
Is there any other reason to explain the engine deflating on shutdown?

Ease up turbo didn't see your post before I posted mine.

An easy way to test if it really is crankcase pressure would be to crack the dipstick tube then see if you're still getting this 'pressurised' noise.
