nistune to pc wont connect?

Having some problems connecting to nistune with pc. Have got the user rights, using plms usb cable. im positive got the plms software right, Tryed 3 computers just to make sure. car does start, have 740s not tunned in yet. Reason I got cable so can drive to tunning shop once injecters are set.

Have auto watch alarm could this interfear with connection. is there somthing missing?
I'm getting 2 fault codes ptu, radiator temp sensor. Have swap both items over with spares still get faults.

ECU bolted in and grounded properly? Can you connect with any other consult type program?

 

Ecu is grounded. Don't have any other program to check with. I would like to but don't have money atm. I did have apexi safc old school 5 dial and greedy speed cut. But have removed these and matched wires back up.

 

Plaenty of free programmes out there that will connect to the ECu. Google is your friend

 

Are you running on VISTA ...????

My Conszult will not connect to my laptop running VISTA ... seemingly a Vista/Driver issue according to several Gurus.

 

got it working
was some dodgy wiring from pre owner. now to put back a really big mess of wiring

and also about the vista, first pc i tryed had vista 64 bit, drivers didnt want to install properly. had a digital signature problem.

injectors firing nice though seem to make a loud electric buz noise compared to stock. was hoping because these are bigger lol.
