Yes it would be frowned upon I am sure Yes the sleeper status seems to be slipping further away first it was the converter, then the exhaust, then the mickey thompsons on the rear now its the bonnet scoop can't wait to see what I think of next

Great job, I think maybe it's a bit too long and a bit too high for the zed though. Would it suit the zed better if it started about 1/3rd into the bonnet, and maybe an inch or so lower? WaynOZ torana scoop would look perfect on a zed I reckon!

I love the bonnet there !! It's awesome ! If it was moulded at the sides so a smother transition to the raise it would look perfect in my eyes
Brewskie's is a nitrous LS1. My black one was turbo LS1 and silver one is TT 350 chev, so we both pass there. Eric via Kylie's acc obviously.
i think it looks quite ugly, and certainly uglier than apparently putting a big wing on the back which Z enthusiasts apparently hate. (i think wings look nice)
Its a 5.7L Ls1 Its not blown but it does have a v8 and nitrous does that count ?? I would have liked the transition to the scoop to be a bit smother but I hate body work and I am not that good at it but after lots of swearing thats the best that I could get it now I am just going to get it wrapt in carbon fibre, if I had to buy a scoop I would have used a 2 inch one instead if a 4 inch one but thats the one I got for nothing, I am going to put an edelbrock pro flow manifold on it soon so I will probably need the room
