Hey Zedders im pretty new to the forum and im due to replace my fan clutch and have been looking around a little and found a couple of places to buy one. im looking at trying to cut prices seeing as tho im yr 11 and dont earn heaps and only earn like 250 a week so my choice is between an ebay one or a proper oem one can someone try to advise me if going the oem one be benificial in the long haul.

also can some some one explain the difference between a TT fan clutch and a NA clutch fan :)

    Thanks Guys

Stick with oem. If not new, then get a known good used one.
After market ones seem to fail quite quick and can destroy your waterpump and rad if/when it fails.
There is a difference between an NA and TT fan clutch. The TT will have a yellow dot on it's face. The NA will have an orange or red dot on it's face. The TT one is the better choice if available.

    Dont get aftermarket !!
Get an OEM second hand one... you can try japart (campbelfield) , japheaven (epping)
theres heaps of wreckers out there. shouldnt cost you more than $100

Thanks all for the help and i had heard that the aftermarket ones were pretty crappy and very loud (sound like a truck) and now i will defernatly be sticking oem.

also with a tt fan clutch i will fit on a NA right ?
