wow the odds on him not finishing have gone up last time I looked it was around .95 : 1 on his not finishing. yep we werent even going to make our money back on the win.....
Haha mine isnt even primed lol the rest of the car is primer grey, my bumper is that ghastly off white fibreglass colour, mixed with black and brown patches where i dyed the resin the see different layers overlapping lol. Handy as hell to dye your resin a little tho, just have to add more hardener so it dries lol like i said to ross, as soon as i put it on, hopefully this arvo, ill put a few pics of my process up.
There is only so much you can change in a bumper that your design would have to make the Z32 so much better to get more sales then me. Know that my target market is any Joe off the street where yours is a miniscule percentage of people who own Zeds that would be interested in custom bumpers. You just wanted to post that gif. That scene reminds me of a show called Kids in the Hall, if you've never seen it, its the funniest show ever. Boo-hoo, my feelings are hurt.
That is a very interesting statement, however i think you may have forgotten to include the most important variable. The product. You actually need to have a product if you wish to sell something. Heres a fun fact for you: I have LITERALLY made INFINITELY more money off a bottled fart i sold on ebay than you have selling kit cars and components.
lol.....infractions have been given in this thread. for various reasons. Unfortunately for you(and alot of others), popular demand is not a reason for perma-ban.
Does it matter when I have possession and operational knowledge of a CNC machine? The rest is kids play. Being the only one to receive forum red candy in this thread, I should only talk about the Bosu style kit.
Actually the majority of design work is still done by hand, mills are used to rough in or balance. It doesn't matter how great something looks on 'the tube' or how well it highlights, once you see it in front of you full size it looks different & there's always obvious mistakes in the surface treatment. Bit more on topic, I remember seeing that white zed that's in the youtube clips for sale on yahoo auctions a couple years back, wish I'd saved the photos!
I always start with Marquettes or full-scale models before I go to CAD because otherwise you're wasting your time. You're talking s**t
Lets paraphrase that sentence: Does it matter that im a virgin when i have a penis and have read i book on how it works?
You going to squirt me down with your water gun big boy? Another member who cant contain his gay fantasies. ha Ive heard about 3D car designs coming out cartoonist once carved out in life size, but I doubt I'll be running into this problem. For perfect contours? Unless the scanned 3D model is perfected your talking out of your ass.
