I did a gearbox oil change on my nx coupe today because it was getting noisy. Look how much oil came out when i drained it. While it was warm i thought id put it next to the z for comparison. There pretty much the same length, i always thought the nx was alot shorter. Anyway the perfect daily drive to compliment the beast behind. Who else owns an nx and z?
Heaps light eh, gotta clean them up and paint them. no nicks or gutter rash. The caps for them are on the roof, they end up looking like singles.
I wanted to get MiniZX but after putting them side by side and seeing the NX is longer and probably higher i might have to find another name.
i do, unfortunately the nx is in victoria. I am in queensland with my z, both great cars. The nx needs to go, it has new tyres, bc racing coilovers, 17" alloys, 3-piece pleather seatcovers, gunmetal grey. it has been advertised on here in the past for $1200, willing to take $600 as I need to pay the rent. suspension alone is worth well over that. Hasnt been driven in the last year or so, was driving beforehand but needed some steering attention. Car is in Blackburn, Melbourne, 0415 213 051 if ur interested. I have a mate who had a turbo NX-R - so much power, he ran 12.1ET, then after a dyno run, 4th gear decided to drop off the gearbox shafts on the way home, no hard driving, just fell off!!! The dyno:
