Im looking at different wheel options for my z and just need the following questions answered so I can put the best fitting wheel/tyre combination on my Z (without rolling the rear guards.) I do need to add that the front guards that I have going on my Z are 20mm wider than stock.

I specifically want to know what is the maximum width rims (or best rim width combination) I can fit (preferrable staggered) and the offsets required (front and rear) ....

Hope someone can help......and before someone refers me to the 'wheel offset calculator', I have seen it and for the life of me cannot understand it...this decision is to important to f*ck it up.

Rear: 18x10+40ish will/should fit without rolling guards running 265's. 2+2 will be very close to the refilling pipe/guard.

Front +20mm guards is a strange one. I'm too sure about specs there... If you want staggered, you would be looking at a 18x9/9.5+15ish? Mabe less... Might look a bit silly with such low offsets on front and high on rear, depending on the style of rim...

ive got a guard roller if it helps. if done correctly the paint should be ok as long as there is no filler under the paint.
