Just wondering if any Conzult users can offer some advice. I have just bought the Conzult program from Concept Z, which I had to download from a site in the UK. I have also bought the cable from ecu-talk, on ebay, which comes with a few free diagnostic programs, on the drivers disc. Having finally got all the programs to show up on my laptop, I now keep getting error messages, saying that none of them can connect/read from the ECU. Do i have to switch the ECU to diagnostic mode, for the programs to be able to communicate with the ECU? Any help from those in the know, would be greatly appreciated.

    Andy.

    Nope.

I use the Blast usb cable and you need to set the right port number in conzult for it to connect. First make sure the Z ignition is on, then go to device manager with it all plugged in and right click on the connection to your car (it should show up) and view which port number its using, open conzult settings and set it to the same number. Kaboom you're in.
