Hey guys, recently I hooked up ecutalk to my zed. It passed all the tests and checks perfectly except for showing that one o2 sensor was not responding. I think this was the driver's side o2, but cant really remember. Anyway my fuel consumption has been pretty high so I'm assuming its that one o2 sensor. First of all I dont think I have the tools or know how to change them myself so thats why Im wanting to find out how much it should cost me to change both the o2s if I were to pay a mechanic / member to do them for me. Also If I do end up using a mechanic, is it a job that is common and any mechanic should be able to do it, or is it rather something that you would need knowledge of a zed to do? Thanks for any help. Cheers
My exhaust shop ripped mine out for me cos after 22years they were really stuck in there had to remove the dump pipes and drill them out.
My o2's dont seem too rusty so hopefully they arent that stuck. From searching I found that Tektrader said you can use EF falcon o2's. Has anyone ever done this? And is crimping the zx leads onto these something that you can do badxtc?
would these do the job: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290695228401&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en Keen for an answer on this!!
