  4. Thanks everyone ,Thanks Rob

I would like to thank everyone once more for their patience and also Rob .

The titanium keys really took a lot of my time during the last 3 months .It has been terrible but it's nice to see the end results .

I have a regular job and I also run GZA as a part time (I had to take a 2 week vacation to finish some things :) )

Out of all the keys that were sold I've only had about 5 to 9 customers claiming that the locksmith ruined their key .

My advice to cut the keys take them to a qualified locksmith and explain them that it's titanium so they'll need to go easy on the key .

For example on a brass or aluminum key you'll only need to do 1-2 passes and then brush the key, just tell tell not to press hard on the cutting wheel for the titanium key ,make it like 3-4 light passes . (This is for the manual key copying machines )

For the anodized keys they'll need to go easier on it ,to get sharper cuts and also to require less brushing not to ruin the anodized section .

Thanks everyone ..more new stuff coming soon .Also some new keychain designs :)

Hi Dave, I for one am pretty keen on those 'engine paper weights' that got mentioned + the Z32 "Z" logo as a keyring if it's not tiny & it's metal! Can't wait to see what's next!

    Great job Dave. Many thanks.

I had one key cut by Hornsby & Districts Locksmiths today. He found the code for the key and cut a perfect key from that.

Compare the new titanium key to the old one and you can see how worn that one is.

He did mention he had to change the cutting disk once.

Is that where you were convertible just before midday....?

What did you need to supply for them to find the code?

Rob , that is easy .I didn't have my key code . I just bring my old key to a lock smith , and he then gave me my key code in 2 minute . He said , all good lock smith can be able to guess the key code from the old key .

Cool -anyone know if deriving the code derived from the valet key would be any different?
