fuel injection leads

    one of my fuel injection lead keeps coming loose and car runs rough is it as easy as replacing the lead i think the clip might be broken someone told me if it pops off the fuel injection needs replacing

    Firstly, is it the plastic plug that fits on the injector thats broken or is the wire retainer missing? If its the retainer you can get another from any fuel injector servicing shop. If its the plug then you replace the plug and short length of wires going to plug, just cut off old injector plug wires and solder or crimp new plug with wires. if your soldering make sure you get a good joint and insulate the wires.

    Buy a new set of 6 from forum member K-Zed

    He sells them for around $8each which is cheap. If you are just chasing the metal retaining clip, I have hundreds lying around here including spare complete 2nd-hand injector wiring plugs you can have for zero.

    yeah they are just the plastic clip ones seems to be missing the little clips
