Rate your Z obsession! How many zeds have you owned

240z - lime green
280zx - silver
300zx tt - green gold pearl
these are my last 3 cars from 1980 to present.. engine and turbo rebuild on the z32 done late december 2010 so should have a lot more years left to go.

currently between Eric and I we have 3 zeds residing with us.

First purchase was about 3 1/2 yrs ago, the black 2+2 that has been converted into his project drag car with the turbo LS1.

Second purchase was almost 2 yrs ago, my white 2+2 NA daily driver, which has the turbo conversion to the NA motor.

The third and most recent purchase, is the silver 2+2 that has also had a conversion done to it, chev motor is now the beating heart of the zed.

Honestly I don't think there is a single zed that Eric will ever purchase and do minor repairs to it and just enjoy it the way that it rolled off the Nissan production line. He just can't help himself. :rofl:

I used to own 3 running TT's at the same time.I sold all 3 of them last year and I bought a NA .LOL

Yep, think i've got a problem(obsession) with Zeds :rofl:

 

you know what the most interesting thing about this poll is for me....? the sheer number of people that have

a) bought one, sold it and then come running back later on

b) the disturbing number of people that have had to buy another one to fix / replace there broken zed lol

Oh, had to tell..

We ripped out an engine and GB from an '89 2+2 NA today.

Altari happened to be looking around (whilst I was doing some work under his car, funnily enough) and spied the VIN.

Guess what the serial number was?

00032 !!!!

The 32nd Z32 built!

Needless to say, we pulled the VIN plate off to keep it for posterity sake :zlove:

 

Yeah quite impressed with this.

You love being under the car mate. Not my fault I'm a sissy boy with no upper body strength!
