Tail lights Problem

I have a problem with the brake lights and park lights they have all stopped working
the indicator lights are fine witch tells me the loom is connected fine
I have pulled every fuse in the fuse box they are all good.

I have replaced bulbs but still no good and I didn't think all 4 bulbs would have blow all at once.
So is there something else I can check that might be stopping them from working.

he was getting a reading without the bulb in but when the bulb went in it wouldnt work.

so in other words just bypass the black box.

 

Second the black box. Take it out and re-flow all the solder joints or just by pass it.

 

lights are all working again.

Not sure how they but all i done was put the black box back on and they worked even though ive had the box out for a year to stop the dash warning light.
