GIVEN UP! Not to sure about the Acrylic material at all. I will probably be going back to the Polycarbonate material....It has been real durable and supereasy to care for. This Acrylic is a whole not more brittle.

Hey Andy, Don't worry about the bloody door sills just get the clear lenses happening , i have a set on order, hopefully with the clear lenses and hid's I'll be able to burn peoples retinas out at 75mtr

 

You have half the Zed world waiting Andy, me for one. Lets get that vacuum going....Good luck

 

Search here. There's at least 2 threads with pics of Andy's clear lense installed on his zed. They've been on since last winter and his zed is a daily driver as well.
