Zeds with no ABS

Hi, I have 91 Manual NA 2 seater J-Spec as per my profile. It doesn't have an ABS, or so it seems, no light and no assistance in braking and locks up easy too. In my previous zed, I saw the ABS device in the boot. Although I haven't search the boot of this zed, I'm wondering if there is anyone here that has a zed without ABS like mine or has it been disabled/removed?

 

Its easy to find out

The plastic cover over the drivers side rear strut tower has the ABS system bolted to it with a padded cover over it.

leaver up the plasticf hump and it should be there. At least confirm you dont have it.

 

I thought only....

Jspec TTs had that and not NAs.

Aus Specs have ABS as well

at least mine does anyway

 

NA's have ABS as well maxy boy....

but i have heard of a few cars that didnt have it. Dont know why some do and some dont...

my J-spec NA has ABS. Cant see why yours wouldnt !!

 

mine does have ABS.....
