[VIC] GOR CRUISE #6 - by BigCol & BADZX

You are very lucky - we nearly set the meeting time to 8am and the departure time to 8:30 am sharp, but we conceeded to try and make it more friendly so the "club scene" zedders could make it! :biggrin:

 

not as bad as me, i live 2 hours SE of Melbourne So i'm probably coming up either late Friday night (for the pre GOR tech day) or very early Saturday morning. Wouldn't miss it for the world

 

It was the victorian porsche club i think (may have been national) & it cost them a hell of a lot of money in donations for only a few hours driving, talking tens of thousands here. was also very poorly recieved by locals who were more than a little annoyed about having their main access road shut so rich boys could play... some brilliant looking cars though!

 

obviously out of the question since we're not as rich as the porsche owners club.

 

because...

the GOR cruise has always been an all day cruise, and considering the distance, if we started at lunch time we would get to maybe lorne and back...

if you really want to come, time shouldnt be an issue.

Stop sooking ..I always got up at that time to come to tech days in Melb, and stay pretty much the entire day..

But at least I wont have to get up too early to meet you guys at point danger

 

When does daylight saving end? cos that's gonna make it dark on the way home.

 

Move you clock back 1 hour at 3am on Sunday 6th of April.

That will make it even for getting up 1 hour earlier for the GOR cruise! :biggrin:

I would expect to be back near the westgate by 6ish at the latest, so it will be a bit dark by then but I guess that's why we have headlights!
