    I knew I liked

the single horizontal vent.. but with all the variations I'd seen I wasn't too sure anymore, the one on the orange Z does look good.

Always liked the nose on that orange Zed...

I was searching for that nose panel on that Orange Zed for ages...I finally emailed the owner a while back to find out where he got it and he replied saying it was custom made. :(

I went ahead and bought the Impul one which is sort of similar...but I still think the Orange one looks a tad better...

Let us know how you go with making it...if it turns out ok and the price is right I may end up buying it... :)

Do you think open noses improves performance because of the better air flow to the filter? I wonder...

    Rob.

Here's a start for the painting division of 'Gonzo-Spec'

    300ZX Paint Codes

You might be able to use these codes to get the colours mixed up to suite and stock painted Zeds...

    Re Z-Force

Z-Force im only guessing that vented noses gives better performance to air filter.I dose give more air flow to both air filter and radiator, espicaly if using a radiator air guide.

Re-highonboost, I made the radiator guide myself

its made of stainless steel (an old sink lol), but then I painted it the same as the shaved radiator surround,That I shaved.
im going to start making carbon fibre radiator guides my self soon im just geting through the orders of vented noses at the moment.
I will post up one when i've made it.
I just have to give up work so I have more time to do these lol.:LOL::LOL:
