Z32 Needing a needing an new remote for my J Spec 1992 300 zx

    I’m in need of a new remote for my J Spec 1992 300 zx can’t seem to find a genuine one. Is their any after market ones that will work. Also are the TT and the N/A remotes the same.And on a different note I’m also look for the standard rear wing. So I’m hoping some one can help me with this thanks.

    Remote for what exactly? If you mean for central locking there weren't any 'genuine' ones back in 92.

    I think they first came out around '94.

    Early Z32 central locking is key operated. They don't come with remotes from factory.

    Actually thats incorrect the 89 - 92 series 1 models did have a keyless remote but it was of an infra red type and was installed by the dealership as an optional extra. The system is a remote central locking / alarm system and you need to point the remote at a reciever on the drivers door. Very rare to fine and luckily for me i found the whole system for sale a few years ago in japan. I installed it into my z and its not a very consistant working system to say the least but it does work.
