i started up the zed, put it into gear and it wouldnt go.... it can go into gear but wont move forward, even with the clutch right out...
i can hear the clutch cable moving when i push it in and out when the cars turned off..

put the car into gear and it can be pushed... dont tell me the transmission is blown? :(

    what might be the problem?

we have a hydraulic lutch, not a cable.......

in the engine bay, small container near the firewall... check the fluid there...
clutch adjustment is done under the dash with the pedals...

if the clutch isnt engaging, then there is no link between engine and drivetrain so you can push it easily.....

By your description, I would say that the clutch plate is either worn out. (If this is the case , it would have been slipping for a long time), or the clutch plate linings have broken off. This can happen by itself (though unusual) or from general abuse.

Sounds like new clutch kit time.
