If you have a j-spec Zed the lights are supposed to be H3C. Have a search through the tech articles it shows you how to mod the H3/4 if you want.

I don't know about the high beam ones but if you do a search there are posts about it.

I you are rich you can use H3C globes ,If you are working class you can use H3 Globes by doing a simple conversion.how to do it should be in the Tech section here. I have done it, it is easy to do. The High beam globes should be the same as the OEM globes make shore you read the TECH section on how to fit them they can be a problem sometimes by the way they are clipped in place .

Im pretty sure j-spec high beams are H1. The H3 will work in place of the H3c if you do the mod in the tech section.

Yep, correct. Doing the H3 mod isn't too hard, just fiddly.

If it was me I would cough up the $100 and buy a set of eBay HID's.

Thread jack - does the H3 xenon globe fit in the jspec H3C housing, or is it too long and needs modding?

It's a bit long, but would be difficult to mod to suit the focal length of the projector. Just aim your headlights down a bit and no one will no the difference ;)
