MY EL Tape and Inverters arrived today

I had bought 2 and they arrived in separate packages . I hope/expect everyone else gets theirs soon. I have not personally spoken to SAZedBoy but I believe I do now have some non-forum contact details for him.

Thanks SAZedBoy for the items and also for having a go at the group buys system. As you now realise there have been a few people that have been quite dishonest in the past and I am V glad that you have proven to be honest, as there was quite some consternation [including myself] about this one. hope the delays you experienced have not been serious personal disasters for you -- although a computer meltdown would cause serious withdrawal systems for me :bash:

colour - color ?

just noticed that both of mine are hand written - marked "red" not "Coca cola red" on the cardboard covering - did anyone receive "coca cola red" or "international red" ??

 

The one I recieved had "blue" written on it, but I hooked it up to a battery and compared it to the chart and it looked to be electric blue.

 

Mines labled "red", will have to see what kind of red when it's wired up I guess.

warning to my fellow zers if doing this mod and using the oven techique then be aware that the panel melts easily , i just killed mine . heat gun or hair dryer my be a better method .

Another good method is to use one of those halogen work lamps, but again, don't get it too close
