Got mine today - thanks Ian!
Considering you didn't even want one of these for yourself in the beginning it was very good of you to offer & make these available to other members. And the fact that you were able & willing to offer these to members for such a great price is testamount to your integrity and generosity - thanks again.

Thanks for the kind words guys.....

Funnily enough, I didn't end up with one anyway. Brisz wanted a green one and there weren't any left, so I sold him my one

No big deal, I don't know when I would have found the time to do the rear panel conversion anyway.

As it is, I look like being the proud owner of a couple of blue ones at this stage, thanks to the efforts of some "non payers" :( . So I might still end up with a luminous arse

Hi mate got mine yesterday and thanks only problem is that they are both all creased up and bent. Also loud whining noise when its tured on, but more concerned about it being all creased and buckled.

Like you were told in the other thread, the whining is normal so that's not a concern.

And the other whining is best fixed using a PM in the first instance.

Yeah mine sounds like a mosquito but there is no way your going to hear that when its installed.

Mine had a few minor creases in it, still works, again not going to mean diddly squat when its installed.

I appreciate the trouble you went to to package it well, have a look at Australia Posts "Mailing tube, Tu1 60 diam. x 420 long $2.00" little bit of bubble wrap on the power supply to jam in the tube to stop it rattling around and your done.

    Thanks again !
